Support the daily running of the sites
Supervise facility operations
Ensure high standard of cleaning
catering and maintenance
Escalate issues appropriately

Host high profile guests with discretion
Support logistics of customer visits
Manage bookings effectively
Understand and work within client strategies
Provide VIP service including concierge
Develop working relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure AV/IT systems are in working order

Duffield Bank House is a 16th Century property located on the bank of the River Derwent. Purchased by Rolls-Royce in 1936 its main purpose today is hosting senior Rolls-Royce executives and their customers for conferences, formal dinner, garden BBQ’s and overnight stays. Reporting to the Executive Host Manager you will focus your day-to-day efforts into service improvement, guest satisfaction and team training. **What your day-to-day will look like:** Be part of a small team of Executive hosts to support the daily running of the sites.
