What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in finance, financial services, compliance, risk, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, Meaningful experience from the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to risk management, compliance, audit, or control functions, Solid understanding of compliance concepts, risk frameworks, and the regulatory landscape, Comfortable using Office tools - especially Excel, Enjoy working with data, models, and analytical tools
Nice to Have
Holding (or working toward) a professional certification in compliance and risk
What You'll Do.
Strengthening the organisation’s risk governance framework
Contributing to the development
and implementation of enterprise‑wide risk structures
Supporting regulatory compliance initiatives
Addressing complex queries
Supporting policy development
Supporting risk assessments
Supporting continuous improvement activities
Maintaining and enhancing local policies
Assisting in conducting enterprise‑wide and regulatory risk assessments or audits
and operational losses
Supporting the assessment and investigation of Risk Events and Complaints
Contributing to the preparation and reporting of Key Risk Indicators
Supporting RCSA (Risk Control Self‑Assessment) and Business Impact Assessment workshops
Staying alert to new regulatory developments
Updating key registers (Risk
and Personal & Ethics Compliance)
Supporting committee and Board reporting
Assisting with a range of other compliance and risk‑related deliverables
