Role Overview Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly experienced leader to serve as Executive Director, Unified Lab & Experimental Platforms, responsible for enabling a seamless, modality-agnostic digital lab ecosystem across Research & Development. This leader will partner deeply with Research leadership, design and chemistry units, and laboratory leaders to deliver the lab applications, AI capabilities, lab operations, and data-capture infrastructure that support lab knowledge creation, capture, analysis, and workflow orchestration across diverse scientific domains—including translational and CLIA-regulated lab environments. The role focuses on building an integrated, AI-enabled, future-ready lab environment that connects instruments, scientists, and digital applications into a cohesive and scalable system, while ensuring that regulated environments operate at the highest standards of quality and compliance.
