Must Have
12+ years of experience in corporate & investment banking, Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related, Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives, Deep expertise in data modeling, taxonomy development, and data governance, Knowledge of global banking products, regulatory landscape, and emerging market and technology trends, Proven ability to benchmark and implement best practices from leading global banks, Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at the executive level, Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

You will set strategic plans that align with GCIB’s overall vision. **Relationship Management & Collaboration: ** You will build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to successfully execute initiatives and bring new clients and capabilities to market. You’ll communicate complex concepts clearly and elegantly, collaborating closely with business partners to understand their challenges by asking insightful questions and gathering necessary information.
