Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative auto and umbrella insurance products, from ideation through launch and lifecycle management. Own P&L and operational performance for new and evolving product offerings, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets. Drive product innovation using customer insights, data, and emerging technologies to enhance member experience and value. Oversee product performance analytics, using insights to inform enhancements, pricing, underwriting, and future market opportunities. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners to ensure all products meet regulatory and governance requirements. Guide buy/build/partner decisions and develop strategic recommendations for new product initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams and manage leaders and individual contributors, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Partner with distribution channels (digital, contact center, and sales) to ensure successful product adoption and scalability. Report performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience in insurance, product management, underwriting, operations, or related fields. 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams and developing high-performing talent. Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. Strong understanding of insurance product regulations, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements. Advanced ability to analyze product performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy. Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities in complex enterprise environments.
