Set and steward T&I strategy

Ensure alignment to enterprise priorities

Act as single integrator across T&I sub-functions

Remove seams and prevent duplication

Translate strategy into coordinated roadmaps

Sequence and execute initiatives

Pressure-test priorities

Drive focus and clarity

Represent enterprise view of T&I

Own executive-level T&I materials

Ensure leaders articulate T&I focus

Prepare senior leaders for decision forums

and develop Strategy & Operations team
