Occasional weekend coverage as Manager on Duty. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.

Must Have
College degree and administrator’s license/certification per state requirements (LNHA). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to lead a team. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.
Nice to Have
Prior leadership experience within the health care industry preferred. Previous sales or business development experience preferred.

Reports To The Executive Director will report to the Regional Director of Operations. The Executive Director is an exempt, salaried position. Job Overview Oversees the overall management and the day-to-day operations of the community. Leads all aspects of the community operations, revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety. Creates a culture that focuses on the residents, families, and associates.
