Must Have
minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical leadership, prior experience in leading Pharmaceutical sales team, experience with a service organization, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite of programs
What You'll Do.
Lead business within the Deployment Solution function
Manage leaders of sales team
Manage Virtual Engagement (Inside sales) team
Represent the BU on scoping and commercial opportunities
Consult and advise clients on business development
and delivery/execution
Leverage the ES platform to position all existing sales teams to optimize performance
Lead or support client engagements as needed
Ensure proactive management of deployed sales teams
Achieve all agreed to objectives in SOW and meeting agreed metrics
Enhance / add value to strategic engagements
Partner with Operational Team lead to ensure work processes and client deliverables are optimized and timely
Grow ES DS business with prospective clients
Grow and enhance ES footprint with existing clients
Develop a pipeline of excellent talent and prospective clients
Partner with cross-functional partners on strategy for growth and executional excellence
and coordinate various projects
and services to upgrade ES competitively in the marketplace
