Must Have
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

Extensive experience in inpatient oncology operations, Experience in quality, patient safety, and regulatory/accreditation programs, Clinical background as RN or APP, Experience collaborating with physicians, nursing leadership, APPs, and hospital administration, Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, Proven ability to influence organizational change

Optimize patient throughput and satisfaction
Ensure efficient utilization of exam room resources
Implement new programs to create innovative approaches to
Establish best practices
Oversee compliance with regulatory agencies and professional organizational
