What You'll Do.
Lead development and execution of central market access
Establish and sustain strategic partnerships with central stakeholders
and interpret national healthcare policies
Provide insights and business impact assessments
Lead cross-functional central and regional access strategy planning
Partner with Pricing and HEOR teams
Oversee HEOR project planning and management
Ensure evidence generation aligns with access strategy
Shape and support policy advocacy initiatives
Lead regional market access strategy and execution
Ensure product access and effective implementation of policies
Build and maintain relationships with provincial and municipal
Ensure timely local implementation of NRDL policies
Drive inclusion of key products into regional lists
Lead City Supplementary Insurance (CSI) initiatives
Drive inclusion of priority products into special drug
Develop and lead regional DRG/DIP access strategies
Mobilize cross-functional teams
Assess business impact
Define brand-level and hospital-level action plans
Identify policy gaps and reimbursement risks
Lead cross-functional advocacy efforts
Resolve reimbursement and listing issues
Ensure timely and accurate tender listing
Maintain pricing discipline
Develop mitigation plans
Escalate key issues promptly
Lead regional VBP projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Interpret policy and bidding rules
