Must Have
5-8 years of senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability in senior living, luxury hospitality, or a comparable service-driven environment, Proven track record of driving occupancy growth, revenue performance, and NOI results, Demonstrated ability to personally influence and support high-value sales, including engagement with prospective residents and families, Experience operating in a high-end or service-focused environment with elevated expectations for quality, presentation, and experience, ability to build, lead, and hold high-performing leadership teams accountable, Demonstrated business acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and performance analysis, Clear executive presence, with the ability to represent the community with confidence and professionalism, Bachelor’s degree, state licensure (or ability to obtain) as applicable

Analyze performance trends
Balance investment in resident experience
Establish clear financial expectations
Set and enforce standard of excellence
Ensure operations are seamless
Curate resident experience
Maintain strong presence
Establish white-glove service expectations
Lead service recovery
Lead and influence sales process
Position The Reserve as lifestyle-driven
Partner with Sales to drive conversion
Participate in key sales activities
Maintain external market presence
Build and lead hospitality-driven culture
Provide direct feedback
Coach department leaders
Ensure disciplined execution
Maintain luxury environment
Conduct regular walkthroughs
Drive culture of anticipation
Ensure regulatory compliance
