Academic Credentials: Bachelor's in Business/Healthcare Admin (required), Master's a plus. Astute Healthcare Knowledge: Understand healthcare theories, concepts, and best practices (hospice focus). Compelling Communicator: Strong written/verbal skills for diverse audiences. Logistical Proficiency: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
