Proven experience in Desktop / End User Support within a corporate or financial services environment, Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a small team, hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, Office 365, Zoom, and mobile devices (iOS), Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a high-touch, professional environment, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and user environments, Ability to operate independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment, Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/VPN)
