What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in strategy (creative, brand, digital or growth), leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments, Exceptional ability to connect business goals, data, and creativity into clear and effective strategies, Highly analytical and performance-oriented mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions, prioritize, and optimize outcomes, Proven experience in resource allocation, prioritization, and organizational design, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams, Experience building and implementing scalable frameworks, processes, and systems, Deep understanding of multi-channel ecosystems, digital trends, and consumer behavior, Ability to operate at both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution when needed, Comfortable in a scale-up environment with ambiguity, speed, and constant change, Proactive, structured, and highly organized, with ownership and accountability
