Amazon's global cross channel, cross category marketing team (XCM) is seeking an Executive Creative Director to drive the strategic creative vision for Amazon's brand voice and develop fully integrated marketing experiences across all channels and touch points. This senior leadership role combines large scale creative thinking with executive-level strategic oversight, leading large-scale initiatives that span multiple departments and have company-wide impact.** This is a modern, AI forward art director who can be a taste maker for the organization. As the ideal candidate, you are a creative leader with deep expertise in visual design, art direction, and creative execution who can inspire and direct both internal teams and external creative resources, effectively pitch and align senior leadership to transformative ideas, and work seamlessly across marketing, merchandising, and product development programs. This role requires someone who can unify strategy and execution across all mediums while providing strategic guidance to diverse creative, editorial, and production teams.
