What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or integrated planning, Experience planning across digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Video), PowerPoint and Excel / Google Sheets skills, Bachelor's degree required
Nice to Have
Exposure to large or complex advertiser accounts preferred

Developing integrated

Balancing brand and performance
Aligning multiple stakeholders
Ensuring plans are grounded in insight
Develop full-funnel media plans across channels (Search
Translate business objectives into clear channel roles
Support planning for both always-on activity and key launch moments
and market signals to inform planning decisions
Interpret dashboards and reports to identify what’s working
Support optimization and re-planning based on learnings and results
Plan across multiple product categories and price tiers
Balance brand metrics and performance KPIs (awareness
and retail touchpoints within the media plan
Support planning around high-frequency launches
Work closely with platform
analytics teams to ensure plans are executable
Align planning outputs with operational realities (budget
