Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR operations, finance or accounting operations, equity administration, payroll support, or other analytically oriented roles, Experience supporting compensation, equity, finance, or related operational processes in a corporate environment, Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS platform, including data entry, reporting, and validation activities, US Citizenship is required
