We are seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to join our Economic Damages & Valuation team. This individual will assist attorneys and other clients in IRS disputes, divorce cases, and other litigious matters, in addition to non-litigation consulting related to compensation strategies. You should be willing to provide expert opinions and testimony on matters related to current compensation, wage loss, future earning capacity, stock options, etc. Strong experience and background in benchmarking executive pay, deferred compensation, high-net worth divorce, and understanding of tax & regulatory requirements is essential. Job Responsibilities * Support forensic engagements in matrimonial litigation, including income analysis, lifestyle analysis, tracing of separate vs. marital property, and cash flow analysis. * Oversee day-to-day case workflow, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters across a variety of different industries. * Provide technical guidance and review work product for quality and consistency. * Contribute to staff training and professional development initiatives. * Maintain current knowledge of developments in forensic accounting standards, executive compensation trends, family law, tax implications in divorce, and relevant cas
