This role works directly with the Head of Growth to build customer-ready decks, briefings, one-pagers, leadership updates, and public-facing copy. The right person is a senior individual contributor who brings writing judgment, material-building discipline, and enough commercial context to make high-stakes work easier to understand and act on. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build executive-ready and customer-ready decks, one-pagers, briefings, and follow-up materials for internal, customer, partner, investor, and leadership conversations. - Turn technical, manufacturing, software, and commercial inputs into concise storylines, visuals, talking points, and speaker notes. - Draft leadership updates, executive emails, fact sheets, company statements, and public-facing copy for review and approval. - Maintain reusable Growth materials, approved language blocks, current messaging, and a practical content library. - Prepare decision briefs and non-contract materials for customer follow-up, partner coordination, diligence, data rooms, and proposal support. - Coordinate with Grow
