What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in executive communications, speech writing, journalism, strategic communications, or related roles, ideally in technology., Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives through high-profile internal and external communications., Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to absorb a leader’s voice quickly and produce draft material under tight deadlines., judgment and the ability to synthesize fast-changing inputs, launches, current events, and business context into clear executive messaging., Excellent collaboration skills and executive presence, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across functions., Ability to operate calmly in a fast-paced environment, prioritize ruthlessly, and handle sensitive information with discretion., Available to work on-site at our HQ in Santa Clara & travel occasionally as needed., Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or globally visible executive., Background in AI, semiconductors, enterprise technology, public policy, or financial communications., experience with live-event staffing, including keynotes, interviews, press moments, and executive travel., Experience building scalable communications processes, repositories, or team systems., Thoughtful use of AI tools to improve research and workflow speed without sacrificing judgment, originality, or voice.

Coach executives on preparation and delivery
so they show up with clarity and confidence.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with teams across PR, Marketing, Government Affairs, Investor Relations, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Research to gather inputs and align messaging quickly.; Work effectively with senior stakeholders across functions.
