Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience, 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Expertise in food preparation, Expertise in food presentation, Expertise in menu development, Knowledge of food safety, Knowledge of sanitation, Knowledge of health regulations, Ability to manage food costs, Ability to control budgets, Ability to optimize profitability, Leadership skills, Communication skills, Ability to work in fast-paced environment, Ability to handle multiple tasks, Ability to maintain attention to detail
