What You'll Do.

Prepare meals from standardized recipes

Set up food service line

Prepare and serve condiments

Assist in recipe development

Assist in menu development

Coordinate prep for menu

Lead pre-meal meeting

Assist with training employees

Ensure adequate culinary employees

Cover employee absences

Assist with employee scheduling

Assist with food ordering

Keep stock rooms clean

Rotate food supply stocks

Label and date perishables

Store perishables properly

Maintain kitchen cleanliness

Maintain food preparation standards

Utilize food storage techniques
