What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, HR coordination, or similar roles. Spreadsheet and documentation skills (Google Sheets / Excel / Docs). Ability to track multiple tasks and follow up across different teams. Clear written communication skills for internal updates and recaps. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling internal information. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Why This Role Matters - Act as a reliable internal support arm to help teams execute day-to-day priorities efficiently - Ensure operational follow-ups, trackers, and coordination do not fall through the cracks - Support multiple departments by handling administrative, coordination, and execution tasks - Free up functional teams by taking ownership of tracking, updates, and internal coordination What You Will Do 1. CEO Support & Priority Management - Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups - Track and follow through on CEO priorities, action items, and decisions across teams - Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and materials for internal and external meetings - Act as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal stakeholders 2. Cross-Functional Execution - Support ad-hoc projects that cut across multiple functions (e.g. HR, Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing) - Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, align timelines, and unblock execution issues - Ensure deliverables are completed on time and issues are escalated appropriately - Drive follow-ups without formal authority 3.
