Two years casino host experience, Proficient with IGT/Patron Management systems, Proficient with Opera, Proficient with Outlook, Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Knowledge of multiple languages
What You'll Do.
Create world class gaming experience
Create world class entertainment experience
Facilitate safe gaming experience
Facilitate fun gaming experience
Facilitate fair gaming experience
Serve as primary contact for guests
Develop relationships with guests
Sustain relationships with guests
Introduce new guests to casino
Act as resource for guests
Act as resource for management
Act as resource for employees
Dispense high-end amenities
Dispense complimentary amenities
Manage reservations for casino functions
Manage transportation for guests
Manage hotel stays for guests
Represent casino at events
Reactivate inactive casino guests
Partner with Casino Marketing team
Partner with other departments
Assist VIP guests with credit
Assist VIP guests with reservations
Utilize marketing lists
Outbound call customers
Resolve guest complaints
Resolve guest conflicts
Facilitate information management
Commit to responsible gaming
Commit to responsible alcohol service
Maintain guest information confidentiality
Maintain Rio database integrity
Maintain working knowledge of casino facility
