A Scaling Strategist is the person who makes that promise real. You are a trained expert in The Scaling Framework (Frame, Floor, Focus), accountable to one outcome: the Scaler’s 10x goal. You are here to apply a proven methodology to a specific business, identify the highest-leverage moves, and hold a committed entrepreneur accountable to executing them. **WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** * Dr. Benjamin Hardy / Organizational psychologist, NYT bestselling author of The Science of Scaling, and the intellectual architect of the Scaling Framework. * Blake Erickson / Co-founder of Scaling.com, co-author of The Science of Scaling, and operator who has lived the framework from the inside. * A dedicated roster of 30 to 35 Scalers / Business owners and CEOs doing $1M+ in annual revenue, each committed to a specific 10x goal in three years or less. **YOUR SCALERS** Every Scaler on your roster has self-selected through a rigorous Enrollment Assessment. They have read The Science of Scaling, declared a specific 10x goal, and made a financial and psychological commitment to executing the framework. They are not looking for support.
