What You'll Do.
Coach 40–50 founders one-on-one through monthly scaling cycles
Guide clients through the Scaling Framework with clarity
lasting trust through radical candor and high-performance conversations
Provide strategic insight and firm accountability to drive momentum and results
and surface opportunities for acceleration
Contribute to the evolution of our strategist systems and member experience
