The Role Donorbox is looking for an exceptional Executive Business Partner to support the SVP of Growth & Global Operations. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive operator who can think critically, drive cross-functional accountability, and help increase the speed and effectiveness of the business. The role sits at the intersection of Executive Partnership, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Project Management, Analytics, and Strategic Initiatives. This person will serve as a cross-functional operator and strategic partner, working directly with the SVP and helping coordinate initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to ensure information flows quickly, decisions are made with the right data, and key initiatives move forward.
