Troubleshooting any technical or operational issues during the onboarding phase; Address for any issues related to booking
Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, Reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Supply Operations, Listing Management, or Business Development within the OTA or Hospitality industry, A clear grasp of how hotel distribution works (OTA extranets, inventory management, and content standards), Comfortable working with CMS tools, CRM software, and Excel for data tracking, Interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between internal teams and external hotel partners

Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting any technical or operational issues during the onboarding phase
Monitor competitor listings to ensure content and presentation are always superior

Team & Collaboration

You will support the BDMs in meeting partners when required, collecting necessary documentation, and navigating the operational hurdles to maintain a lightning-fast "Speed-to-Market." 1.
