Minimum of 3 years of branch and team management experience required, 2-4 years of work experience in sales and customer service, Experience in developing and up-skilling your team members, Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, Demonstrated leadership skills and communication skills

Responsible for budgets

Increasing revenue and profitability

Lead and develop Management Trainees

and Fleet Service Agents

Recruit new team members

Coach other managers in the recruitment process

Responsible for the vehicle fleet

operational tasks (e.g.

Delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows

Ensure a premium customer service culture

Work with regional managers to optimize processes
