To proactively promote a relationship-based offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for customers in the Executive Banking segment, through the provision of banking solutions which meet their needs and in accordance with the specified value propositions. Essential Functions * Acquire and open new accounts and cross sells additional products and services in line with customer needs by identifying and referring sales leads to other business stakeholders (e.g., Vehicle and Asset Finance, Electronic Banking, Card, Home Loans, Digital Channels, Enterprise Banking, etc.). * Conduct a financial needs analysis with all new and existing customers to ensure that product opportunities identified are appropriate to meet the customer's needs and priorities (in line with Financial Advisory and Intermediary Service Act license categories). * Contact potential and existing customers from leads received / campaigns in order to sell product offerings. * Educate customers with regards to lending application processes (e.g. vehicle finance, home loans, overdraft, credit card, personal loans, cash, etc.), credit maintenance processes (e.g. annual reviews) and account conduct expectations (e.g., minimum account balances, provision for debit orders and cheque payments, etc.). * Establish, build and strengthen relationships with customers based on mutual respect, in order to retain customers and
