ABOUT THE ROLE Neural Concept is building the future of AI-powered engineering software, and our CTO is at the heart of that mission. As Executive Assistant to the CTO, you will be the operational backbone that allows our technology leadership to focus on what matters most: building world-class products and leading a high-performing team. This is not a passive coordination role. You will own the CTO's time, information flow, and key administrative processes with full autonomy, from structuring a complex international agenda to ensuring invoices are tracked and events run seamlessly. Your ability to anticipate needs, move fast, and exercise good judgment will directly amplify the impact of NC's technology leadership. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and engineering, with close proximity to the executive team in a Series C company where your contribution is visible every day. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own the CTO's calendar end-to-end: Proactively manage scheduling across time zones, prioritise requests, resolve conflicts, and protect focus time. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) and external stakeholders to ensure meetings are well-prepared and purposeful. - Plan and coordinate events: Lead the logistics of internal and external events involving the CTO, including team offsites, conferences, customer visits, and speaking engagements. Handle travel bookings, venue coordination, and on-the-day execution. - Manage administrative and financial tasks: Process and track invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders related to the CTO's scope. Liaise with Finance to ensure timely approvals and accurate record-keeping. - Prepare and organise key communications: Draft emails, meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up summaries on behalf of the CTO.
