THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO, COO, and Chief Revenue Officer. This is a critical role that sits at the center of executive operations, helping our leadership team stay focused on the highest-impact priorities while ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, external partners, investors, and Board members. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, exercises exceptional judgment, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex schedules and competing priorities. This role requires at least 3 days a week in the Menlo Park office. WHAT YOU'LL DO EXECUTIVE SUPPORT & CALENDAR MANAGEMENT - Own and manage complex, ever-changing calendars for the CEO, COO, and CRO. - Prioritize meeting requests, balancing strategic initiatives, customer meetings, Board activities, recruiting, and internal operations. - Prepare daily schedules and briefing materials to ensure leadership is fully prepared for meetings and events. - Act as a trusted gatekeeper while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external sta
