The Opportunity OuterSignal is hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of how the company operates day to day. You'll support the CEO directly while also serving as a force multiplier for the broader executive team — keeping the leadership group organized, focused, and moving at the pace this business demands. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage calendars and wait for direction. The right person will anticipate needs before they're expressed, take ownership of complex logistics, and quietly make the organization run better. If you do your job well, the people around you will do their best work. What You’ll Do - Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications — with the judgment to protect time for what matters most and the discretion to handle sensitive information. - Support the broader executive team on scheduling, logistics, and operational coordination across functions. - Plan and execute company-wide events and off-sites — from leadership retreats to all-hands — owning the details end to end so the team can show up and focus. - Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up summaries. - Manage vendors, expenses, and admini
