Organizational Excellence & Execution, Executive-level administrative or operational support, Highly organized with attention to detail, Manage complex calendars, travel, events, and reporting across multiple time zones and stakeholders, Proactive in anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless execution of priorities, Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously, Manage competing priorities effectively, Prior exposure to client-facing work, event coordination, or international business operations, Clear, professional communicator, Maturity and discretion to engage confidently with clients, partners, and senior internal stakeholders, Exercises sound judgement when handling sensitive information, Collaborative, dependable team player
Nice to Have
Experience supporting regional or cross-functional leadership teams in a multinational environment, Familiarity with media, entertainment, or similarly fast-moving industries, Comfort with digital tools, automation, or AI-enabled productivity solutions, Exposure to event coordination, team engagement initiatives, or internal communications, Demonstrated ability to improve processes or introduce systems that enhance team effectiveness, Love of movies and television series
What You'll Do.
Manage calendars across time zones
client and partner meetings
meeting rooms and materials
Anticipate conflicts and optimize scheduling priorities
Arrange all business travel
Ensure flawless execution of client-facing activities
Prepare and submit T&E claims
Act as liaison for client communications
Develop meeting schedules for major industry events
Organize client engagement and networking sessions
Maintain and updating client lists
Collate and validate data for sales reporting
Coordinate inputs across teams
Maintain organized records and version control
Maintain accurate client contact details and trackers
Organize and maintain shared drives
Facilitate smooth communication between teams
Handle courier arrangements
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
