Must Have

High School diploma, 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or event support, Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Proficiency in collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet), organization and time-management skills with ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, Experience with purchase orders and expense management, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups, Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to support efficiency

Nice to Have
