What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, minimum five years of experience in a professional or administrative, support or coordinator role, proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint, Track record of supporting senior leaders, leading projects, tracking actions through to completion, Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information, Flexibility to be available outside of standard hours
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, Curiosity about and hands-on experience with AI tools, experience with Concur Travel and Expense Reporting, Excellent listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills, Ability to embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Self-managed and able to prioritize competing demands, Excellent written and verbal English communication
What You'll Do.
Provide high-level administrative support
Partner with colleagues across multiple business units
Manage complex calendars
Coordinate scheduling with internal and external contacts
Plan and execute large
Arrange complex domestic and international travel
Manage passports and visas
Process multi-currency expense reports
Reconcile corporate and personal accounts
Serve as key point of contact
Minimize disruptions for business partners
Communicate professionally and constructively
Adapt quickly to evolving guidance and policies
Coach non-supported partners on self-service tasks
Attend business meetings as needed
Create and maintain documents
Create and maintain distribution lists
Create and maintain spreadsheets
Create and maintain databases
Create and maintain SharePoint sites
Identify and pilot innovative techniques
Shape the future of administrative work
Serve as backup for other executive assistants
Act as a team lead for administrative assistants
Handle special projects as assigned
