What You'll Do.

Handle professional administrative support

Manage complex calendars for senior management

Coordinate meetings and conference calls

Organize complex international travel

Field telephone calls and manage inquiries

Screen and respond to email communications

Handle confidential documentation and correspondence

Process monthly reconciliation of expenses

Anticipate needs and address potential issues

Coordinate and manage ad hoc projects

Liaise with international offices

Provide backup support when needed
