As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing critical administrative functions, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include: * Manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups for executives * Prepare documents, reports, and meeting notes to support decision-making * Coordinate tasks, timelines, and daily priorities across multiple stakeholders * Support light operations, project management, and reporting activities * Conduct research to inform strategy and executive decisions * Handle personal and administrative support items as needed * Maintain effective communication flow between clients and stakeholders * Operate from established SOPs while identifying and implementing process improvements **Requirements** * 3+ years of executive assistant or operations experience * Experience working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments * Experience owning and driving projects end-to-end, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination * Strong experience with Google Workspace * Proficiency with common project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, Notion or similar) * Proficiency with common AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grammarly or similar) * Experience managing stakeholders including founders, clients, vendors, internal teams, and C-suite executives * Business-fluent written and verbal English * Based in the Philippines * Available to work during US hours * Quiet home workspace suitable for remote work * Headset and webcam for remote meetings * Backup internet and/o
