What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Virtual Assistant, experience supporting executives, teams, or operational workflows, Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, written and verbal English communication skills, Experience managing calendars, scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination, High proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools, Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities independently, Proactive mindset with problem-solving and follow-through ability, Comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments with minimal supervision, Professional, reliable, and highly organized approach to work

You’ll work directly with leadership while helping manage day-to-day operations, administrative coordination, onboarding support, scheduling, documentation, and workflow organization across the business.
