The Executive Assistant/Office Manager serves as a trusted partner to the President and a central hub for the Yonex USA office. This dual-function role blends high-level executive support with hands-on office operations, requiring a professional who thrives on anticipating needs, maintaining order, and enabling the organization to run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, and energized by a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. ## Responsabilities Executive Support Manage and maintain the President's complex calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring preparedness for all engagements Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements for the President, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials on behalf of the President Serve as a liaison between the President and internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders — handling communications with professionalism and discretion Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and follow-up on action items to ensure timely execution Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for the President Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity Office Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a productive, professional, and welcoming environment Manage office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships (facilities, equipment, etc.) Serve as the pri
