Must Have
5+ years supporting senior executives (MD, VP, or C-level), Ability to prioritise and align with strategic objectives, Highly organised, agile, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively, Excellent written and verbal skills, with executive presence, Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly discreet, Team player, able to build effective relationships across the organisation
Nice to Have
Ideally in an international, matrix environment, Experience with tools like Concur is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage a complex agenda

Oversee inbox management
professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare high-level meetings (agendas
and drive follow-ups across markets.
Act as a liaison across France
ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders.
Organise leadership meetings
and offsites with a focus on execution and impact.
Coordinate complex international travel
ensuring efficiency and seamless planning.
Create executive-level presentations and support or lead cross-functional initiatives.
Oversee expenses and procurement processes with accuracy and timeliness.
