Draft and edit professional emails

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications.
Maintain organized records and files
including documents related to board and university activities.
Assist in the preparation of reports
and briefing materials.
Ensure the President and Chancellor are well-prepared for all engagements.
Build and maintain relationships with board members
university leadership
and external partners.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the President
and various stakeholders.
Support the President and Chancellor with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
