What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Diploma or GED, Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, at least 2 years supporting at the Fortune 500 level, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), calendar management, organizational typing proficiency of 55 WPM, Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest integrity, No immigration sponsorship available

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, Experience working in large, complex organizations (10,000+ employees), Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence, Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and problem solve, Polished grammar, spelling, and attention to detail, customer focus, professional demeanor, and collaborative mindset, Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What You'll Do.

Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the EVP and Corporate Development team

Coordinate and prepare agendas

Handle financial administration

Coordinate and oversee domestic and international travel logistics

Produce polished deliverables leveraging Microsoft Word

Maintain digital and physical records

organize shared files

and ensure compliance with file retention policies

Prioritize and manage multiple

competing tasks to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Provide general office and team support

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Exercise sound judgment in managing priorities

handling confidential information

Support ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned
