Full Job Description

The Amazon Devices and Digital Services team is seeking a talented, resourceful, and motivated Executive Assistant to support two Seattle-based Directors of Connectivity and Tech Licensing within the Amazon Devices & Services Business Development organization. This exciting role requires attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to proactively anticipate needs across the team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. After a thorough onboarding period, a successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and make effective decisions with the information available. We work as a global team, dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business and product teams: therefore it is essential to have the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group. Responsibilities for this position include the ability to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively.
