**Schedule: Thursday–Monday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST Training Schedule (First 30–60 Days): Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST`** ### **About the Role** We are seeking a highly organized, extremely tech-savvy Executive Assistant / Operations Support Specialist to support the owner and leadership team across both a growing home health business and related business operations. This role will primarily focus on supporting the home health agency with clinical coordination, scheduling support, staff communication, training coordination, and operational tasks. Over time, the role will also assist with marketing, CRM management, social media, AI-related website tasks, and administrative support for multiple businesses. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns systems quickly, enjoys solving problems, and is highly comfortable working across multiple computer platforms and software tools. ### Primary Responsibilities ### Home Health Operations Support (Primary Focus) * Support daily home health operations and clinical coordination * Assist with last-minute staffing and scheduling needs * Coordinate with clinicians, caregivers, patients, and office staff * Help support onboarding and training-related tasks * Monitor operational workflows and assist with administrative follow-up * Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms * Assist with documentation, CRM updates, and system management * Support after-hours operational coverage and issue escalation when needed ### Executive Assistant & Administrative Support * Assist the owner with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks * Help organize projects, follow-ups, reminders, and internal workflows * Support communication between departments and leadership ### Marketing / Social Media / Website Support * Assist with social media posting and content coordination * Support CRM organization and marketing tasks * Assist with AI-driven website updates and admini
