Full Job Description
ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within our Engineering organization. This role partners closely with the Chief of Staff to the CTO and sits at the center of a large, fast-moving technical organization. This is not a role for someone learning what a great EA partnership looks like — it's a role for someone who already knows, and can model it. Many of the leaders you'll support are exceptional engineers and first-time managers who are still building the habits, structures, and delegation muscles that make an EA relationship work. Your job is to meet them where they are and show them what's possible — proactively shaping how they work with you, building the foundation, and raising the bar for how the org operates. You don't need an engineering background. You do need genuine curiosity about software, a natural comfort in technical environments, and the confidence to operate at a high level alongside people who think in systems, move fast, and expect substance over polish.
