_**Job Requisition**_ JR24005 _**Worker Time Type**_ Full time _**Worker Sub-Type**_ Seasonal ** _Shift_** ** _Job Description_** ** _POSITION PURPOSE:_** This role accelerates business value by providing project support to the executive leadership team. This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, heavy administrative and project management volume and general financial reconciliations. This role requires high levels of accountability, professionalism, aggressiveness, adaptability and maturity. Under minimal supervision, but in accordance with established policies and procedures, provides administrative services for five (5) executives. Ensures most efficient use of their time and anticipates, initiates, coordinates and follows up on administrative activities and other special projects. Organizes, prepares, and reviews administrative reports and prepares reports and materials for presentation to various audiences, based on executive needs. Develops and communicates administrative standards and procedures. This position has access to and regularly works with information of the most sensitive, highly confidential, strategic and critical nature. The scope and complexity of this position is such that the Executive Administrative Assistant is regularly dealing with diverse matters which require the highest level of confidentiality. This role manages projects related to the Executive Team and potential follow up with our parent company/holding co.
