What You'll Do.
Maintain and manage the CMO's daily and weekly calendar
Schedule and confirm meetings across internal teams
and external consultants
Send timely reminders and prepare the CMO ahead of each engagement
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
Coordinate with branding agencies
and digital marketing partners for briefs
and deliverable submissions
Track the status of ongoing campaigns
and marketing initiatives
Assist in organizing brand review meetings
campaign presentations
and agency evaluations
Maintain a centralized repository of marketing assets
and project documentation
Coordinate meeting logistics — venue
attendee confirmations
Prepare agendas and compile background materials before key meetings
Record and circulate meeting notes
Follow up with internal teams and agency partners on pending deliverables
Serve as the first point of contact between the CMO's office and internal departments (Design
