What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or a similar role in a high-velocity environment, Proven success supporting a senior executive with complex scheduling, shifting priorities, and a high volume of moving pieces, judgment and prioritization skills with the ability to make smart tradeoffs and protect executive time, Experience coordinating travel and external meetings with a high level of detail, discretion, and follow-through, Comfort supporting inbox management, calendar workflows, and related executive communications, Clear communicator who closes loops, flags issues early, and keeps work moving without adding friction, High level of ownership and reliability with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations, Comfort working in a Microsoft-first environment, including Outlook, Teams, and related productivity tools, attention to detail and a practical mindset for improving systems and simplifying execution

Nice to Have

Experience providing occasional support to multiple executives during high-priority moments, Familiarity with AI or automation tools that improve speed, organization, and reliability
