What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years experience supporting senior executives (C-suite leaders preferred), Demonstrated ability to engage in executive-level meetings, capturing notes, driving action items, and ensuring timely follow-up, Experience managing priorities and delivering high-quality support, Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Outlook for calendar management, meeting coordination, and email prioritization, Experienced in coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries, Demonstrate comfort and effectiveness working across geographies and working styles in a global environment

What You'll Do.

Provide high-level support

Build and maintain strong

Communicate with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies to support scheduling and agreement

Build working relationships across teams to ensure smooth coordination

Support communication flow between the executive and their leadership teams

Coordinate logistics for Board meetings

Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements

including itineraries and logistics

Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings and internal events

Collaborate with venues

and service providers globally
